All courses happen online at learnbusiness.co and you can move through the online video lectures at your own pace.

Can anyone sign up for a course?

You do not need a formal qualification to take our online courses. You might need to have reached a specific stage in your business for some courses but we tell you this on the course information page, in the requirements section.

How many courses can I take?

You can take as many online courses as you want.

Can I leave an online course?

Yes, but once you decided to take an online course you are strongly advised to complete it. After all, you registered for a reason.

I am interested in courses on subjects that are not yet covered by LearnBusiness. Will more courses be available?

How much time should I expect to devote to each course?

The lenght of each online course is presented on the course information page. Moreoever, it is advised to plan additional time for working through the action steps and join the conversation in the course relevant Facebook Group.

How do I receive a refund for a course?

Under UK law, you may have the right to cancle or request a refund under certain circumstances. Please review our refund policy.

Can more than one person share a LearnBusiness account?

No. As our terms and conditions state, you cannot let anyone else use your LearnBusiness account. Should we detect account sharing activities, we will immediately remove your account from our website and also remove you from our Facebook Group(s).

I cannot sign into the website

If you are having problems signing in to your LearnBusiness account, then first make sure that caps lock is turned off. This is important because all passwords are case-sensitive. If you are sure that you are using the right password but still cannot sign in, then please reset your password. If you still cannot sign up, then please contact our support team for assistance at support@learnbusiness.co

How do I delete my profile?

Email us at support@learnbusiness.co, using the email address your account is registered to and we will delete the account for you.

When will I receive my Certificate of Achievement?

Once you completed the online course, you will automatically receive a Certificate of Achievement. We do not test your knowledge. We think today’s business world is about collaboration, discussion, and problem solving, not passing exams.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At present, we are only able to accept payments made by credit card.

Is the payment system secure?

Yes, we use the payment gateway Stripe for all our transactions. Your card details are transmitted entirely securely and in addition, all of our pages are served securely over SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

In which currencies do you accept payment?

We accept payments in Pounds (GBP £). Prices do not include any transaction fees your bank may charge you.

Can I become an online course instructor at LearnBusiness?

Yes, please read this information. If you are interested in becoming a course instructor, then please send us a written proposal at hello@learnbusiness.co, outlining the intended course curriculum and length.
